The Stratford Slow food market wrapped up this past Sunday, but will re-open in the spring. New menu item - Maple-Smoked Bacon! From Berkshire Heritage pigs, pasture-raised by our friends Fred and Ingrid at Perth Pork. We cure and smoke the meat over maple wood, and then slice thick.
