Maybe it’s just me, but this week so far has been the longest, yet im not quite sure where the time has gone. It feels like i’ve worked 5steps sideways . . But than I , and remember I am exactly where I need to be. . Tip for today, stay grounded in all the gratitude of the positive possibilities .... . Tips for doing that: 1. A grounding meditation through earth or water. Diving deep into the universe’s core and encapsulating yourself with the divine white light it has to offer. And Checking in with your higher-self through out the day through breathing to ensure you have stayed firmly grounded (even through whatever the day has thrown at you)! 2. Smoke Cleansing (smudging) with a rich blend of cedar/ eucalyptus/ sage to help rid of any unhelpful distractions. 3. Working with crystals such as black tourmaline, selenite, hematite, smokey quartz, or red jasper. 4. Using your mala and reciting a mantra like I am consistently firmly grounded and connected with the earth and my higher-self, I open to receive all forms of guidance in ways I can understand easily with ease and grace. Or As I stay firmly grounded and connected to the divine, I am a magnet for all magic and miracles the universe has to offer me. . .
