We received an email from a member of the travelling public about the actions of one of our amazing Team Leads. John has been with us for 6 years and is passionate about his job. He's gone above and beyond in ensuring the safety of the travelling public and his colleagues. The following email from Joanna demonstrates John's strength of character and true concern for people: My name is Joanna - I wanted to recognize one of your employees named, John. (He worked a late shift la...st night @ 3:30am enroute to a work site near Hwy 427 & Zenway). John noticed I was pulled over on the shoulder of the highway in the middle of a snowfall with my 4-ways on at 3:30 A.M. At first I thought it was a tow truck, but fortunately it was just a kind gentleman who was eager to know if I was safe. He assisted me by checking my tires, and driving behind me in a safe manner until I exited off the highway properly. Big shoutout to John for being such a kind and caring individual.
