Hey all, this is some beaurocratic stuff that is affecting our trails... A Canadian bikepark court ruling has affected our trails despite ‘OUR’ trails. The big difference is our trails are being inspected, with standards, maintained and there active bike clubs in every community. The east coast bike park in the case is nothing like what we have. If you are familiar with the case that started this mess, you will recognize the fundamental differences. lack of inspection and maintenance with incorrect signage combined with features of different skill level linking into one another.
