Whats up everyone.. holidays are pretty much over. so i have been super banged up from 2019 i literally worked 3000+ hrs and lost 100lbs and did so much. I really crushed 2019.. I really paid the price.. this is the issue with pursing goals and dreams and passions.. to achieve growth there is sacrifice so for you to gain something you have to return the growth and sacrifice something... so that being said I pushed my self so hard easily 120% for 1 year straight.. damn i broke down hard. Many times this year to lose that weight was incredibly hard... I am slowly healing.. but im feeling confident I'll be filming the dirty dave show episodes soon.
