A Decade of Discipline. I am truly grateful and humbled. I take pride in feeling that way everyday. Grateful for my life. Grateful for my family. Grateful for all of the incredible experiences that I have been blessed to endure. Today is one of those days where these facts hit me harder than others. It was 10 years ago today that I took over Alley Health and Fitness here in Nakusp.... It feels like a lifetime ago. Looking back, I realize that I bought the gym for all the wrong reasons. I was excited to have a gym of my own. Thinking of all the ways the gym would benefit me and my fitness goals. It was a selfish endeavor. I underestimated the power of the impact that the gym would have on others. The difference that our facility could make in someones life. The service to the community that we are so proud to be. None of this would be possible without all of you in the Discipline Nation. I am indebted to all of you. Thank you for showing me your love and support everyday. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Thank you for inspiring me through your discipline. Continue to be the lion that all of you are. Always demand greatness out of yourselves. Hello everyone! I just wanted to let everyone know that the gym will be re-opening Tuesday May 19th. I look forward to seeing all my disciplined peoples back at the facility and can't thank you guys enough for all of your patience and support. We will have to go about things a little differently than before, but it is nothing we can't handle. The most important thing is our community has the gym back Logan Marchischuk

Good morning Discipline, I just wanted to give an update to everyone in regards to the closure of the gym facility. Originally, I decided to close until April first and then reassess the COVID-19 situation from there. Well here we are.... Discipline will remain closed until further notice. I will continue to monitor the virus situation and keep all of you posted as things hopefully change in a positive direction. But let's get one thing clear. Although Discipline Fitness is closed. Discipline in our lives is always open. We all understand what's going on here. This isn't about Discipline Fitness. This isn't about our selfish desires to do what we want. This is about having the discipline to do what we need to do. The same discipline we bring to the squat rack, is the discipline we need to bring to our social distancing and our social responsibilities. Let's keep it all in perspective. We all live lives most of the world could only dream of. We live in paradise. Everything from the food we eat, to the water we drink, to the air we breathe. The fact that the gym being closed is a major deal in our lives is an example of how fortunate we all are. Let's be thankful. Let's be humble. Let's be responsible. Robyn, Jax, Maddox, and myself send our love to all of you and your families. Your support means the world to us. We will all get through this. So will the gym. Stay disciplined, Logan Marchischuk

ATT: DISCIPLINE MEMBERS Due to the rising concern regarding the COVID-19 virus, I feel it is in the best interest of the membership, facility, and most importantly the community, that we close our doors for the time being. I am trying to be socially responsible with this decision. I ask that you all respect and understand the reasons behind this and know that I will always do what is best for our membership and community. Discipline will be shut down until April 1st and I wi...ll be adjusting and honoring all memberships accordingly. Upon that date, I will reassess the situation and make the best decision at that time. Thank you for your support and understanding. For the first time in the history of Discipline Fitness, the gym is closed. I've doused the place in awesome sauce and need a day to get it all set back up. I assure all of you it will be worth the wait. Thanks for all of your support and understanding.
