The general rule of thumb is that your baby should be dressed in one more layer than you feel comfortable in. Once temperatures start to drop below 20 degrees, it's best to stay inside if you can. A toy widely sold at Toys R Us stores in Canada has been recalled over concerns it could create a sharp edge or choking hazard. This recall involves a Droplets Submarine Wind-Up Bath Toy, a blue and white submarine toy with a small figure seated inside. The propeller blade part of the toy can break off causing small parts and sharp edges and possibly a choking hazard, Health Canada said in its recall warning.
