Good afternoon! I spent this past weekend learning from a woman who has grossed $2.5 Billion Pitching on Camera via infomercials and live home shopping. Why do I want to learn how to pitch better? #1 reason is to stop saying 'Um' so much when I do videos and when I go live. This was the very first Facebook Live I'd ever done. I was PETRIFIED to do this, but my friends and cheerleaders Amanda Gobatto and Samantha King, knew it was a barrier I needed to overcome. ... It was so wonderful to connect with the incredibly powerful and soulful women in our group. Starting in September, in an effort to adjust to our new normal and meet people where they're at, I'd love to help business owners shine and grow their communities through hybrid events. Good afternoon! I will meet this man some day and it's for reasons like this that I even want to in the first place. Giving back to those who can benefit from his genius talent What a class act. In my opinion, this pandemic brought all of us to a level playing field. Even celebrities weren't allowed to leave their homes to do their craft. I interpret that also to mean that they are people too, and my genius talent is just as worthwhile for him to experience as it is for ...me to watch his films (or read his book coming out in October). So, this means you should experience what I have to offer so that when Matthew comes calling, you'll have a seat in Points of You workshop I want to do with him. ;) Who's ready? I love facilitating events and #sotsm days are one of my favorites. I stood behind my desk while I presented today which is a relief to my joints after months of thinking that sitting through Zoom events was my only option. Not for this girl. Good afternoon! It is with great pride that I post this video as I've come a long way with my body self-image and mental health. This is the first time I've worn a 2 piece bathing suit to a public beach, never mind doing pushups on camera to be posted for the world to see. It's important to love yourself and be proud of your accomplishments. I know this now and I am here to help you get out of your comfort zone too.... Today will be day 9 of 25 I think and done earlier this week. I've kind of lost track as I'm taking days off once in a while to save my shoulders. #25pushupchallenge... I was nominated by Helen Snell. 25 days to help raise awareness for things such as PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), anxiety and depression that drive people to commit suicide. ***Today I nominate Andrea L Accinelli to accept this challenge *** The rules are simple: - Once you are nominated your 25 days starts the following day Or today if you dont want to follow the rules - Everyday (or every other day) you record yourself doing 25 push-ups even if you have to drop to your knees or find alternatives to get 25! Im still working on getting up to my feet to start with! - Every day you must nominate a different person or people. Let's reach as many people as possible. Let's hope by doing this we can build awareness for anyone who is suffering from a mental illness, you are not alone and we are here for you

Endless amount of gratitude for our experience this week at Dreamwinds Equine Assisted Learning Centre. For those of you that know Lou and I well, our competitive nature came out in full force yesterday as we tried to silently negotiate to get each other to do our assigned tasks. I even tried to bribe him but it didnt work!

I fell in love with a horse today. A practice in patience when we had to get T.K. from Dreamwinds Equine Assisted Learning Centre to get on and leave a foot on that towel for 5 seconds. But we did it!! #teamwork

Day 2 of 4 at Dreamwinds Equine Assisted Learning Centre and we got to work with Simon today! Not sure why I posed like that!
