Nouveau gin collaboratif exclusif à la distillerie pour les Fêtes : L’Apicure! En collaboration avec la @distillerienoroi, on vous propose un délicieux gin au miel à 47% alc./vol., mais qui reste tout de même extrêmement délicat. Venant d’une idée folle de notre distillateur Davy, qui est aussi apiculteur à ses heures, et du propriétaire de NOROI Jonathan, nous avons créé un gin tout en rondeur et légèrement sucré. Le miel utilisé pour notre gin a été récolté directement chez... Davy. Il a été ajouté à la toute fin du procédé de production, ce qui explique le petit côté sucré et réconfortant que l’on ressent lors de la dégustation. L’Apicure est un gin non filtré, puisque nous souhaitions conserver le maximum d’arômes possibles. Il est donc possible que de légères molécules de miel soient apparentes dans votre bouteille, c’est tout naturel! À déguster sur glace, ou avec un tonic neutre. En vente en exclusivité à la distillerie. Un tout petit lot a aussi été produit, alors faites vite! Bonne dégustation!

Pour tous nos amateurs de Pastis, voici un précieux conseil: Ne noyez pas votre Potion dans une trop grande quantité d’eau. Contrairement aux pastis plus commerciaux, notre eau-de-vie est sans sucre et arômes artificiels ajoutés. C’est pourquoi nous vous livrons ces deux précieux secrets : 1- la déguster avec très peu ou même sans eau ; 2- Ajoutez votre sucre, sirop simple ou sirop d’érable au goût.... Santé ! ----- For all our pastis lovers, here is a valuable piece of advice: Don't drown your Potion in too much water. Unlike most traditional pastis, our eau-de-vie is without added sugar and artificial flavors. It happened on October 29! 1967 - In Montreal, Expo 67 closes. An event that has received 50.3 million visitors since April 27. During Expo 67, more than 165 industries and municipalities in Quebec supported by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry came together to erect a pavilion with the goal of expanding markets and attracting new industries in Quebec.
