Uzbekistan tiles and boxes

I bought some hand painted tiles in Samakand and Khiva while we were in Uzbekistan. I thought they would make interesting lines for some of my boxes. I have a few ready for the arts and craft sale in Blyth beginning November 28th and lasting through December.

Tea boxes for the Main Street Art Gallery in Bayfield

Just finished a few more inlays for my boxes.

A box covered in bloodwood and then live-edged maple burl added to give the appearance of a flowing river. Similar treatment to small boxes added to the interior. Boxes all lined with leather.
