The 4:20 News team are back for their regular broadcast except, this time, Anchor Barry has a trick up his sleeve to screw with the rest of his correspondents (who he hates anyway). How much power can one man have when it comes to the news? --- Starring: Connor Nechelput (Barry), Kate Ely (Kimberly), Kenneth Tynan (Pablo), Travis Friday (Neil), and Juliana de Medeiros (Henrietta).... --- Distress Signal is a Vancouver based sketch comedy troupe. Creatively minded and critically incited, Distress Signal is a collection of published writers, professional actors, dexterous artists, disgruntled philosophers, and at least one guy with a funny accent. In this harrowing moment, we would like to take you back to a simpler time of "fake news" and "sham trials." https://youtu.be/1fCGQX8ERJM
The lovely Kate Ely is back for a second run at the show! Make sure to see this funny woman in the Sacred Pigeon! Kate Ely is a Vancouver based actor in film, voice and theater. Kate has played strong roles such as Juliet in Romeo and Juliet and Amelia Earhart in Chamber Music. She has also appeared in several films including Hate and The Knockouts and got her start at an indie film company in Las Vegas, Nevada. Kate has been a story-teller from birth and loves using her vast imagination to breath multi-dimensionalism into every character she embodies. One of her goals is to live life fully and have as wide of an array of experiences as possible to translate into her performances. #cast #actorslife #sketch #comedy #sketchcomedy #acting #funnypeople
