Can you believe it's been one year since the pandemic started? This March also marks another important event for me- the 1 year anniversary of the passing of my stillborn son, Chase He inspired and led my transformation from Opera Singer to Medium and Vocal Energy Guide. To honour him I will be posting everyday for the month of March #31daysacceptinggrief I believe we have all had so much to grieve this year, whether normalcy, solitude, jobs or relationships. Join me as I share personal stories and host meaningful events to inspire. I heal through sharing and connecting and I believe others do too. 1 year ago today I delivered my son that was not meant for this time. And shortly after I realized my gifts through him in visions and many early morning visitors. 80% of the women I have done readings for I have had messages from either theres or their families missed, miscarried, aborted, stillborn and passed babies. I believe this was the gift of Chase. For my heart to be so open to this grief that I could possibly be a messenger to other mamas. As I can barely get out of ...bed today so heavy with grief, I know I will rise again. I honour today all who have lost. I post this for all of the mothers who did not get to hold their little ones. I post this for all the mothers who could have but didn't have the opportunity to or the strength in that moment to. I post this for the women that have lost at 2 weeks. 4 weeks. 13 weeks. 27 weeks. 42 weeks and more. Our bodies remember their spirit, our hearts remember their joy, our souls remember their place in our lives. They will never be forgotten.

To thank myself for all I've done, to thank others and to thank God for the many blessings in my life. To love myself, the good and the ugly and to love others the way I love all that created me.
