We are looking for responsible candidates to perform clerical tasks in a well-organized and timely way. You will need to act proactively and without guidance while understanding the needs and characteristics of people with whom you work with. Responsibilities: - Be the point of contact between the executives and company employees/clients and manage information flow - Manage executives’ calendar and arrange their daily schedule (set up meetings, travel, speaking engagements) - Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings - Oversee the performance of other clerical and administrative staff - Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory - Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents - Format information for internal and external communication memos, emails - Proven working experience as an executive assistant - Acquainted with office management systems and procedures - Discretion and confidentiality Qualifications: - Minimum three (3) years’ experience providing support at a high level - Excellent MS Office knowledge - Experience with Action Requests (ARTS) - Outstanding organizational and time management skills - Excellent verbal and written communications skills - Discretion and confidentiality - Bachelor’s degree preferable
