Hello everyone, This is a very late post but better late than never. I wanted to share with everyone the results of the fundraiser we held back in September but before I do that, Girlie, Marivic and myself would like to thank everyone who participated and contributed to the Divine Mercy Feed the Need Mission. It was a great success for our very first fundraising event. Here are the results from the event:... Fundraising 50/50 Draw - $1,520 Cash Donations - $1,135 T-shirt & Jewelry sales - $143 Raffle - $280 Event entrance fee - $350 Total Fundraising totalled $3,428! Event Sponsors: Venue - Bert & Ning Sandiego Food - Leilani Evans Team Marketing Materials - Capital Lending Centre Gift Cards - Leilani Evans Team & Capital Lending Centre Marketing Video - Vendetta Media Balloon Twisting - Mr Bojangles Balloons All event sponsorship totalled $2,450 in donations. Total amount of money raised $5,878 5 boxes of clothing and toys we raised at the event. Again, Thank you everyone for your kind and generous donations. Thank you to all the volunteers for helping sell tickets, organize, setup and clean up after the event. We could not have had any success without everyone’s kindness and faith in this mission. Girlie has shipped more 35 boxes to Philippines this year. Half her work is completed. Her next step is to go to the Philippines to distribute all the clothes, linens, housewares and small toys to those in need. For the fountain of love and hope...
