EVERYTHING'S VINE 6.0% ABV // 15 IBU Cab Franc Saison w/ Harper's Trail Winery Sebastien at Harper's Trail packaged up 150 lbs of Cabernet Franc grape skins for... us and we put them to good use. We allowed this saison to undergo a secondary fermentation on these skins, resulting in a great wine/beer hybrid that finishes dry, with a fantastic perceived sweetness from the Saison yeast blend. These grapes are used in the making the of Harper Trail's Rosé and that flavor comes through big on this unique holiday sipper. See more

Kamloops will soon have its first distillery, and it is named after an iconic feature of the city. Red Bridge Distilling plans to sell craft gin and vodka and e...ventually move into making whisky. Richard Bugera and Dave Nikkel are the co-owners. Nikkel says despite some Covid 19 related delays, they plan to have product ready before Christmas. Once Red Bridge Distilling gets final approval from the BC Government, it will sell its products at its distillery in Kamloops and at Independent liquor stores.

We are operating with a new reservation system this year and a few policy changes with your family's safety in mind. Unfortunately we are no longer able to provide hay wagon rides due to Public Health restrictions, but you can still go out to the Christmas Tree Patch for a stroll with your family to cut your own fresh tree.
