Word of Intention 2021! Woohoo Just a glimpse of my painted piece to help me focus for the new year. Comment below what’s your Word of Intention or Word of the Year. This was a fun project and it inspired me to play with gold leaf which I haven’t done in years! ... Plus I’m pretty excited as I created a guided video for my private group on facebook how they can create and express their word of the year artfully. The video is being uploaded to YouTube as I type this. Can’t wait to see what they create.

Reflection. One of my favorite things to do at the beginning of each year. An annual review of 2020 the good, bad and the ugly. No need to say how 2020 It’s has affected us. This is a given. This has been a forced inner reflection for me and must needed rest from the go-go life I was leading. Burn out was inevitable yet I continued to march on. Pondering on the following:... 1What were my successes and why were they wins? 2what did you do that took you out of your comfort zone? 3List 3 people who had a positive impact on your life. What did they do and how did you benefit? 4in what ways have you grown or developed this past year - business and personal. All great questions to inquire and keep track of my 2020 journey. Nothing was lost and more was gained. These sheets came from a coaching program I participated long time ago but kept this part of it going. Now had adopted another program by Leonie Dawson who created goals workbook and other products to help discover ones hearts desires in a fun and colorful way. Congrats are an order!!Why? We’ve made it this far and I bet we can do the distance as we move into the new energy of 2021. I don’t know about you but there has been some key lessons learned and old stuck energies that needed to be released. Then suddenly Life came in with new change and forward momentum. Tiny steps but forward moving nonetheless. While 2020 will be remembered however you choose I hope you’ve made it into something special or maybe just maybe use the time to reflect or learn something new that will help move you forward. Perhaps some healing? Have a safe holiday and looking forward to a new year.

Been MIA on here as I’ve been busy teaching online zoom watercolor paint parties. Just finished my last private party and looking to some chill time before starting on my own work. Today I’m teaching from the corner of my bedroom. No this is not my studio space. Wanted to take advantage of the natural light coming in before the ring light and floor lamp take over. Just thinking this may end up being my teaching spot for the future. Lol Will see.
