Hi Everyone: I wanted to reach out, the World has been a little overwhelming lately. Hate, violence, blame and shame - is all very high right now. Getting feedback from clients they are struggling right now. Please reach out if you need support. Going to do a few short coping videos in next few days. Take good care of yourselves, turn off the news and your Twitter feed and spend some time away from the ugly. Practice patience and tolerance and focus on what you do have control of.

So very true..posted by a teacher friend of mine. Kids are stressed too. They really don't understand all that is going on, they are just picking up on our anxiety and missing their friends and their routines. Best thing we can do for their development, is just keep hugging them!

I am struggling to understand something...so mortgages, taxes, loans, credit cards...they are all getting "deferred", they will eventually get their money made back. But, who is "deferring" our lost wages, how do we get that back? How is the average person who is paid hourly ever going to catch up? Keep speaking up, this NEEDS to be addressed.

If you would like to help, please drop off a non perishable food item to Campus Ice Center (2200 Simcoe St N). We will have a drop off box in the lobby of the rink until Sept. 30th. In addition, the team is dedicating our next three home games in September to the effort. Generals parents will be collecting non perishable food items and/or a $1 donations (or donation of your choice) at the entrance to the games.
