Repair Clinic Postponed Due to the province-wide lockdown we’ve had to postpone our Bicycle Repair Clinic. As of now it’s set to take place on January 31st at the same time slots. I’ll be in touch will everyone who has signed up directly to be sure you have all the info and that this new date works for you.

Important updates regarding the province-wide lockdown: We are pleased to be able to continue providing service to our wonderful customers, as Bicycle Repair is deemed an essential service. Although we will remain open for sales and service, we are only allowing 1 customer in the store at a time. Practicing social distancing and following Covid health and safety guidelines is essential for the health of us all. ... For service, we can book appointments and schedule pick up/drop off times for you, so please reach out to us by phone at 289-523-0062 or book an appointment through our FB Page. For sales, we know the riding season will soon be upon us and you may need a new bike for you and your family. Reach out to us, we can point you in the right direction and answer most of your questions a head of time by phone, limiting your time in the store. We can pick up and deliver at no charge! Let us know if you are unable to make it in and we can arrange for your bikes to be picked up and dropped off for service, or even deliver your new bike, helmet or other accessories! We thank you for your patience and understanding during a challenging time for us all. Stay healthy and safe! Just an FYI for anybody that is looking to have bikes repaired...The bicycle industry is extremely busy right now as everyone is getting out on their bikes for something to do during this pandemic....which is Great! Here at Dixon cycle we are staying on top of repairs best we can and still have pretty good turn over times but there is a delay in getting/ordering parts as distributors are struggling with the demand. If you are in need of bike repairs, best to get it in sooner than later so that the problems can be diagnosed and parts can be ordered if needed so that we can get your bike back to you in a timely manner.
