@dawnande slayed this one folks! Down 16 lbs. with some amazing muscle and strength added over the last 16 weeks. She’s a busy mom who did all of her workouts from home and her cardio was a daily step goal! Proof that you don’t need to kill yourself over-exercising or grinding to see results to feel fit and healthy!... She learned how to track her food and fuel her body while still enjoying things like family dinners and meals out at restaurants. Creating and forming healthy habits and routines that will last a lifetime. See more

We just finished @sanjwkos’ cutting phase and he lost 23.2 lbs. of fat! This guy worked extremely hard every day to reach this goal, on top of balancing work and being an awesome dad. Working together multiple times before, we knew that it wasn’t going to be easy to get this far down in weight. All we knew is that it was possible as long as we stuck to the plan and put in the work. You just have to trust the process and work hard.... Now that the hard part is done, it’s time to increase the food so we can pack on some quality size, while maintaining this level of body-fat. Way to go Sanjay!! See more

@lenagueulette dropped 20 pounds of fat over the last 16 weeks! He came to us because he wanted to lose body-fat and learn more about what he should and shouldn’t be putting into this body. He’s been athletic his whole life, but has always been overweight because of poor eating habits growing up. Over the last 16 weeks, Len showed up every single day and trusted the process. Today, he looks like a completely different person!... He’s enjoyed the experience so much he’s decided to continue working with us for the remainder of the year This one is going to be insane to look back at in October.

@cass_atron just wrapped up her 16 week transformation program with us and lost 17 pounds of fat! This mom, entrepreneur, and incredibly hard worker in all aspects of life reached out to us because she wanted to take her fitness to the next level. Our sustainable fat loss approach allowed Cassie to maintain and add muscle, which is why she is showing a lot more definition and shape.... If your focus is only on weight loss, you may risk losing muscle, which will only create a sluggish metabolism. She managed to hit a ton of PRs in the gym and turned into quite the macro queen and prepares delicious meals that she looks forward to eating everyday. Just finished checking in with @moffatleeanne and wanted to share the insane progress she’s made since starting her Transformation Program in July. Before working with us, she was doing Ideal Protein and not seeing any results, spending a ridiculous amount of money on their products and also told not to exercise. Totally the opposite of what being healthy actually is.... Today she’s down 15.4 pounds and we’re going to continue making more improvements going into 2021. See more

@chrishart90 just dropped 47 pounds of fat in 16 weeks!! When we did his final check-in on Saturday, our jaws fell to the ground after seeing how much weight he lost in only 16 weeks! This might be the record Chris has been an A-list client since Day 1. He was familiar with tracking his food already, so we fine tuned his system and held him accountable to his goals by touching base with him frequently throughout the week.

This is a unique transformation that we want to share with you. @cassandrabrake just wrapped up her 20-week Nutrition Only program and we completely changed her body composition. First, we provided her a structured nutrition program which ensured she was eating the proper amount of food to lose fat and consuming enough protein to build muscle.... Once she was in a good groove, we taught her how to track her food with an app, so she could gain knowledge and awareness of different foods. By week 13, she was proficient with food tracking and wanted to switch to intuitive eating to improve her mental game. We focused on a few key parameters and she absolutely crushed it! Overall she’s lost 15 pounds, looks fkn amazing, and has gained a ton of tools to continue leveling up in her fitness journey. See more

@fitminxx wanted to do a warm-up show before the @benweidernaturals, so we jumped into the Northern Classic Open yesterday and took home the Bikini Overall! We hardly ran a peak week with her going into the show. She’s been eating around 2200 calories with 300g of carbs even till now. 6weeks out to the next one

The package that we were bringing to the @benweidernaturals on Dec. 5 will have to wait till 2021. So incredibly proud of @fitminxx for following everything to a tee over the last 11 months. Not one day was missed. Not one checkin missed. We’ve made some crazy improvements since starting prep. Better conditioning, smoother posing + stage presence, higher and rounder glutes, tighter waist, the list goes on ... We’re now going to transition into an improvement season and continue building on her package, so that the next time she steps on stage, she will be undeniable!

@wallace.rosanne absolutely slayed her 16-week Nutrition Only program with us. Over 27 pounds lost between these two photos. That’s an average of 1.69 pounds lost per week She just invested in a home gym so we’re adding strength training into her program next.

@juiced_wheelz would have been competing this morning to become the first Canadian Wheelchair Bodybuilder Pro, but the show was unfortunately cancelled 2 days ago due to health officials denying access to the @canadianphysiquealliance. Despite the heartbreaking news, @juiced_wheelz has had one hell of a year. Last July, Tory was in a car accident that left him paralyzed from the waist down where he had to relearn how to sit up, roll over, dress, transfer to and from his... chair, and the list goes on. After surgery and months of rehabilitation, Tory got back to training and decided that he wanted to get back on stage for his second time. We started prepping for @toprosupershow back in March, but the show was postponed to September, which was later postponed to November. Less than 6 months after his car accident, he was training 5-6 days a week, and over the last 12 weeks, he has been training every single day. Most people with legs can’t make it to the gym even twice a week. His strength is unmatched. Still benches over 315 lbs. and mentally, he will never give up. Eventually, that Pro Card and title will be his! See more

@tylerrsilverman’s 20-Week Lifestyle Transformation. He’s an absolute gem to work with. Love talking to this guy frequently throughout the week and check-ins with him are always a good time. He’s currently in the process of reverse dieting and filling out quite nicely. Minimizing body-fat and weight regain as calories consumed have gone up, and calorie expend has gone down. Things couldn’t have gone any smoother.

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls. Take a look at this 20-week transformation with @4kingfisher! We program both Nicole’s training and nutrition which has allowed her to maximize her results over the last 5 months, all through Covid, summer, camping and motorbike trips. She’s really made fitness a lifestyle now. We check her food logs every week and it’s so nice to see that she’s flexible with her food choices. We see tons of nutrient dense foods along with some healthy... snacks every day. We’re now transitioning into a reverse diet to make some gains throughout winter.

@deidre_brooks insane glute transformation since January! Deidre had to dig hard her entire prep in order to get her posterior chain to be visible. Now that we’ve lost a lot of the stubborn fat in those areas, we plan on keeping it off with a proper reverse dieting plan.

@kayceerob’s 8-month transformation to the stage! She brought an amazing package to her first show and we know she will be back next year even better. Her metabolism got a lot faster throughout prep. She consumed 200-250g of carbs daily and had a weekly refeed of 300g of carbs. 20 pounds difference between photos.

Today we want to celebrate our Supermom client Skyla, who has 5 kids and lost 21 pounds over the past 20 weeks. When Skyla first came to us, her goal was to better her health and lifestyle to be able to keep up with her family. At the time, she was having scotch or wine pretty much every night. She also wanted to be educated throughout her program so she could teach her kids healthy nutrition once she finished her program.... Skyla has a 1 year old, 3 year old, 3 teens and still made time to get all of her workouts in every week. There were nights that she didn’t get much sleep, but she didn’t make excuses to avoid putting in the work. Her transformation has been so good that she’s decided to continue working with us for another 20 weeks along with her husband! Congratulations on your successful transformation Skyla!

Today I want to celebrate my client Rebecca. Over the past year she has really stepped up her game. When we first started working together in 2019, she was very inconsistent with everything in her program. To be honest, it was a bit frustrating coaching her because she was always falling off track on the weekends.... She made a commitment to me at the start of the year and said that she wasn’t going to half-ass it anymore. Since then she hasn’t missed one check-in over the last 8.5 months. Now her physique is looking absolutely insane now! We are 10 weeks out from the @benweidernaturals Pro Qualifier and in a very good spot.
