This Thursday I'm throwing back to some of my most favourite gigs. Over the last 15 years I have been lucky enough to be included in so many great nights and events. All my gigs have been cancelled this year but I'll be back rocking in 2021. Thank you Vancouver and friends and brides and grooms and bar owners and promoters and fellow djs for welcoming me when I came on the scene in 2005. It's a career I never knew I could have and to this day I love everything about it. Okay maybe not hauling gear...but everything else. Dance.

Today I am remembering one of my all time favourite party gigs I've ever played. It was a Cinco party thrown by two of the most amazing humans - Erin & Shawn, in their gorgeous home that they filled with even more amazing people. I had the pleasure of sound tracking this sworay, on their beautiful rooftop patio, overlooking our amazing city, playing music for the most perfect crowd. They stayed with me all night long and I was able to go in alot of different directions. The energy up there was undeniable and when the dancefloor floor trusts the dj and visa versa...magic happens. Even tho I won't be DJing for a long time the memories I have made will last fo-eva eva. May 5th 2018 - Erin and Shawn's Cinco Party... Top 5..with a glitter bomb. I made it a great day today. Up early, curled my hair and put on make up for the first time since isolation. Had a productive work day and even surrendered my phones and went for a long walk this afternoon. It sure was beautiful. Felt the sun on my face, listened to the singing birds, smelled the flowers, talked to 3 real humans and I'm pretty sure I saw a Unicorn at one point. Really needed a day like today. Miss 100% extrovert has had some down days. But real good ones t...oo! Realizing this gift of time doesn't come around very often. I'm going to use it wisely. Maybe I'll start learning Italian tomorrow. Anyway! Sending a big SherBear stare to all the amazing humans that have kept on connecting with me these last few weeks. I have really needed you guys and I'm feeling pretty darn lucky to have such amazing people in my world. You guys know I'm here for you too... But if there is anyone out there going at this alone, don't. Please reach out. I have tons of love and laughter to give. Oh and memes. Tons of memes.
