Funny story, I met Shawn not through the real estate market but as a very talented photographer. When my favorite wife suggested to move from our home in Saint John to Passekeag I would say I wasnt a fan of the idea. In fact, I secretly went out of my way to do anything I could not to sell our home. We hired a skilled and talented agent and they appraised our home and suggested the selling amount based on market conditions and area. I didnt like it and went with a higher... price. Basically, if I was going to move it was going to be worth my while. The house didnt sell.. Christina then suggested we change agents, Christina love the way Shawn marketed the house and used his photography talents to showcase the home. We decided to go with Shawn, we met he gave me a suggested price, I of course wanted higher. The bugger sold my house.. lol Im not saying that this will work in every circumstance, it was likely Karma that bit me. But if you are looking for a talented real estate agent, see Shawn. Also if I win the trip I will give the couple a visa gift card or discounted DJ services complements of DJSteve
