I have been extremely busy over the last year with yet another big change in life any it has taken up the majority of my time. But now that everything has settled down, Im ready to get back into the mix of things and provide my clients with the product quality they deserve!! ... Ive had quite a few inquiries about building bedside rails integrated with the HD headache racks. Having the 3X5 angle iron run the whole length of the box created a huge amount of strength, as well as a multitude of anchor points!! I thought maybe it would be a decent idea to draw something up (albeit a little bit crude and not to scale, the point gets across). ... This rack shown with multiple vertical bars as protection for the rear window. Working on pricing for the bedside rails, hopefully can update on Monday.

Going to be sending a rack made out of 3X3 to powder coat this week sometime!!! Hope to have it back and tossed in my truck again for a demo!!! Stay tuned!!!

Going to be ordering steel tomorrow!! Plan on making a 3X3 rack for a super-duty setup!! Can easily be re-worked to fit anyones truck!!! Keep me in mind when deciding to outfit your truck with the last HD headache rack youll ever need to buy!!!

Hey there followers, thanks again for liking and sharing my post!! I really appreciate the support that the truck community has shown me so far,and Im hoping to help all of you as much as I can!! Ive been really busy moving to a new building and setting up, so hopefully I can ramp up production again here shortly! Hopefully I can make a display that will show all the possible options as a type of "one-stop-shop" display wich will let you all see what can possibly be added t...o your HD RACKS!!! Things are a little hectic right now, but I promise I will still deliver and provide the product you all deserve!!!

This is a video of the First startup with the 4X4 Rack with exhaust running through it. Turn up the volume and enjoy edit: my truck does not roll coal like that all the time. I installed a crazy tune to show how even the exhaust flow is!!!... ENJOY!!!

Heres what I am currently offering, this is the Gen1 #1 prototype of my new HD Headache racks and "off-road" stacks built for pickup trucks. Made out of material varying from 3X3 to 5X5 square tubing, its a very aggressive and independent look, as well as very functional from hauling ladders, to mounting wide lid D-signs (pilot trucks) to actually acting as a type of rollover protection because of the strength in the material (Edit- NOT CERTIFIED OR RECOGNIZED AS A ROPS )...rollover protection system) Mounted securely to the bed of the truck via hardware through the rails (or set up your own mounting) the rack is supported very well and distributes the weight load over a total of 2 per side of the truck box. Call or email for more info!! Did I mention you are still able to fit in a conventional 8 garage door as well (depending of course if your truck is equipped with a lift kit and oversized tires)!!!!?
