Another great project completed. Working with Heatherbrae Builders, they did an amazing job giving this 40 plus year building a new lease on life. @actonostry worked their magic bringing a new look and bringing the building up to current code standards. Another institutional project finished off this past summer. RCMP - Forensics Labs in Surrey. Kansans Architecture & Design did an outstanding job on the design of this building. Then coupled with Bird Construction, made it a solid home run on this project. Labs and corridors installed with Armstrong Medintone with Diamond 10, c/w flash cove on walls and all case work. Shaw Commercial carpet tile in all the offices and boardrooms. The library, lounge and kitchenette area...s were installed using Forbo Real, with heat welded seams. Stairs and landings were done with Johnsonite rubber treads and risers, and wall base trimmed up those areas in both the DC series and Mandalay millwork from Johnsonite.
