Started my 3rd house for Daytona Homes yesterday, doing interior finishing! Going to be a busy year!

Beautiful basement development! Solid core doors, roxull sound proofing insulation in all interior walls and ceiling, 2'X2' dropped ceiling tile, custom walk-in closet, custom built in entertainment unit, Custom tile work in bathroom shower, cabinets supplied from Sunset Kitchens, Tile and Carpet supplied from AC Flooring, Electrical done by PRIDE ELECTRIC, plumbing done by FLOWTECH MECHANICAL

Turned an old basement that was mostly full of junk into a nice storage area for the house. It's low ceilings in an old home so it's perfect for storage. We completely gutted everything and framed new walls, added new lights and plugs, spray foamed, sheeted the walls and built shelving. It was a huge upgrade from what was there before and client is super happy!

Composite decking and skirting , vinyl railing. Post lighting and stair lighting Zero maintenance! Great looking deck!

Cedar decking with metal rail with glass 6 - 14' screw piles with 2"x10" floor joist and 2- 3ply 2"x10" beams and 5ply 2"x6" as posts that wrap around beam.. Temp stairs ... Very solid and awesome looking deck. Can't wait to go back next year to complete stairs and cedar skirting once the yard work is complete
