Clarifying the definition of loss to include a reduction in capacity or activity due to the COVID-19 pandemic through to March 31, 2021. These small adjustments make most organizations + collectives who are utilizing operating grants or project grant recipients of the past 5 years, now eligible - regardless of ability to prove revenue loss.
