Here it is everyone the latest bathroom Reno we just completed over the weekend before and after shots

A quick assembly and shelving installation the other day

Here’s a purging job we completed on russel street a few days ago before and after pics On the side with the green door the blocks where completely broken away from the porch so we had to remove the old and put in new blocking as seen in one of the pictures. A great job done by Sakis we al so built a form in the front and along the sides to help hold it together better so we don’t get cracking again

The old line was broken and leaking at the value so we removed that and put in a new one

Here is the start to some porch repairs first is to poor a base at the bottom to help the strength as it’s cracking next step is to patch the pillars

Out with the old in with the new, Client had a water leak from the shut off under the sink and the basket strainer so we put in a new sink for them as the bought one thinking that was the way to fix it there was another way but they wanted it changed anyway so we switched them out and the tap set as well all is good and no leaks

Wall is painted looks good, client is going to do the trim at a later date as there not sure what they want to do yet

Painting this small room patch’s are done and have been primed ceiling have been painted as well now for the walls
