We began our work on this Coxwell & O'Connor LCBO in fall of 2011. Now five and a half years later, and winner of DMD's longest open job, this location is officially open for business! The brand new store was built on the original site, and involved a temporary trailer store on Woodbine, numerous permitting issues, moving of parking meters and zoning amendments in order to give this neighbourhood a great up to date LCBO experience. Congrats to LCBO and IBI in navigating all the challenges. Best of all, this location still has parking, and a great vintages selection. @eastyorkvillage #LCBO

Nomenclature a long word that means choosing the correct name for things. If not done correctly when creating wayfinding signage, it can be confusing AND funny. Here's a good example: A place to try on clothes is a ‘Fitting Room’. A ‘Change Room’ is a place to change clothes. We know what is meant by this sign below.but maybe Topshop Canada, Eaton Centre is over-promising? #wayfinding
