Hello everyone, I have been hard at work learning about what all needs to be done to keep the massage environment safe for both my clients and myself. I have taken online courses offered by my massage association (FQM) to make sure that our return to work is a success. I have also taken a course given by Soins Personnel Quebec on Hygiene et Salubrite en Clinique de Massotherapie. I feel confident in starting back slowly and safely and I am happy to be able to provide to yo...u an invaluable service of connection and touch that is a fundamental human need. Starting tomorrow I will be contacting everyone who had their appointments cancelled in March and April. After this I will be starting to take new appointments. If you have not heard from me by June 10th please feel free to text or call me to set up an appointment. Here are the new procedures: Please wait in the parking lot. I will call you on your cell phone when I am ready to open the door for you. You must sanitize your hands before entering the B&B. (Hand sanitizer will be provided by me) You must wear the mask that I will provide for you throughout the entire massage session and you will be asked to sanitize your hands again if you touch your mask or face. All personal belongings must be put away and set in designated areas. You will wash your hands before entering and when leaving the massage room. You will be asked to cancel your appointment immediately if; you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, such as: fever >38C, a recent cough, or chronic coughing, difficulty breathing, intense fatigue, loss of appetite, sore throat or diarrhea. you have travelled outside of the country in the last 14 days. you are waiting for COVID-19 test results or if you have received a positive test result in the last 14 days. you have been in contact with someone with a confirmed or probable case of COVID-19 in the last 14 days. Unfortunately, due to the added measures I will be increasing the price of the massage sessions. $70/60min and $100/90min. Thank you for your understanding. Once again, thank you for your support. To all my lovely clients. I know you are all wondering when I will be reopen for business and would like to be the first ones with a spot. I just would like to inform you that Massage Therapists are allowed to reopen in Quebec starting June 1st. Yay! As much as that excites us all you must be patient because that does not mean that I'm reopening right away. There are required masks, disinfectants and procedures I must prepare for. I also have been out of work for 2 months a...nd I lost a bit of my routine and physical stamina that I used to have. I need some time to properly prepare for reopening and I really appreciate your patience. I just want to be clear. At this time I do not know when I will return but when that will be, I will make a post clearly stating when I will be starting. I will also send out emails to my client list. I miss you all so much and am anxious to start offering my services again. Thank you for understanding.

Good News! Looks like massage therapists will be able to receive clients starting June 1st! I'm still waiting for details about the new normal and the steps that I will need to take to open again. Client procedures may look a little different. I will keep you posted
