Rates are constantly on the move and lenders are sending more updates than ever before. To help you quickly identify the accuracy of the information on LenderSpotlight, we've added two important dates to every rate card: Last Verified by Spotlight: This date shows you when our team last verified the rate card. We monitor and update the system daily, so you can be assured the rates are accurate.... Rate Valid Since: This is the date the lender last modified a specific rate option. This date is only updated when there is a change to the actual rate. Example: Last Verified by Spotlight: 24/Sep/17 Rate Valid Since: 29/Aug/17 This indicates the rate was last changed by the lender on August 29th, and that our rate management team verified the accuracy of the rate on September 24th. What should you do if something doesn't look accurate? If you find a specific rate card that appears to be out of date, please let us know by using the blue conversation box, located at the bottom right of your screen.
