Well I finally got the KLR 650 project done. Ready to go to it's new owner.

What a great way to spend a Sunday, with my two good friends on race day at Grand Bend.

Well getting ready for 8 hours of fishing today.

Well it's time for this guy to get some wind and fishing therapy. Doc Cycle will be closed for vacation the week of Aug 29 to sept 8.

Did some service work on this beautiful 2001 Honda Shadow Sabre. Carbs, oil change, Coolant change. Clutch cable and lever service, Also did a complete check over. She is ready once again for the road.

Well I just tried a new to me metal polish for my bike, it has to be a good product to impress me, and wow take a look at the pictures from today. The polish is Sinister El Diablo metal polish.

So the o-ring was missing plus all the dirt and plugged jets. This is how the bike runs now.

This is what I found with the Harley carb. So all the pictures was how dirty the carb was. But the major problem was picture one and two number three shows what was missing.

So I found some issues with the carb on the Harley. I'm just wondering if anyone could figure out what the problem is. Please leave comment. I will reveal the answer soon. Look at pictures carefully.
