We have missed you! Doc Hollandaise is now open. Our temporary hours will be: 7:00 am - 1:30 pm Tuesday through Sunday. Evening dining will be 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm, Tuesday through Saturday. Happy Mother's day to all the women out there that are taking care of all those children, big and small! During these times, everyone has shown so much creativity and our hat's off to all of you, all the time. From all of us at Doc Hollandaise.

We are hoping everyone out there is keeping safe. During the COVID 19 crisis we have seen people getting creative: we had about 6 decorated cars drive down our block, honking horns, waving and displaying happy birthday signs. In our neighbourhood I have seen families and couples all out for walks and yes keeping their distance from others. Parents playing catch with their kids in front of their homes, my neighbour shoveling my walk, my neighbours and then her own. The length of time that this virus is going to put everything on hold is unknown, yet it is truly wonderful to see our community taking it in stride.

As everyone knows dine-in restaurants in Saskatchewan were closed as of March 23rd. First I want to thank the incredible staff that I have, without you Doc Hollandaise would not be as successful as it is. As for our guests, many of which are regular guests, we will miss seeing you and look forward to providing great food and service to you when we re-open! The people of Saskatchewan are some of the strongest and creative people that I know, feel free to share posts of happiness and creativity on our webpage. Stay strong and phone a friend.

During this time we just want to let our guests know that our current hours are 6:30 am - 7:00 pm. We do know that the best practice is to distance yourself socially from other people, yet if you do have to go out rest assured we are taking extreme measures by immediately sanitizing items that are touched, before we let another person use it.
