Doctor Solar completes its 3rd NSCC solar for Communuity Buildings project. This is a ground mounted array at the Center for Geographical Studies in Lawrencetown, NS. So pleased with the local skilled workers that received training and worked so hard to get this job done. Nova Scotia has a great skilled labour force largely due to the incredible programs and training they receive at the many NSCC campuses we are fortunate to have in this great Province. Thanks to NSCC for trusting us to work with them on Ivany Campus in Dartmouth and the Strait Area Campus in Port Hawkesbury.

Welcome to the Doctor Solar team General Manager Chuck Martin. Chuck has over thirty years in the construction Industry, managing and/or providing field direction on medium to large multidiscipline commercial/industrial construction projects. He possesses accredited technical expertise and many years of scheduling and directing medium to large multi-disciplined labor forces. With a strong safety and quality background based from extensive experience in the Oil/Gas and Refining sectors combined with his extensive industrial electrical background as a red seal electrician, Chuck is a great addition to the team ensuring quality solar, energy and electrical installations and service. Chuck will also fill the role of bass player in the Doctor Solar company band.

We have always been a supporter of Canadian Solar that employs Canadians and has some manufacturing in Guelph, ON. In fact, many of our customers receive Canadian made panels in our projects recently. Today this makes us proud of this industry and this company for this kind gesture. Awesome CSI!!

We are sure going to see more yellow (solar) in this chart over the coming years. Looking for the Canadian chart like this but should be very similar. Rejected energy is a huge issue. Power plants miss opportunities to capture heat from generators for communities. Almost 70% of all energy is thrown away. 68 Quads means 12 billion barrels of oil wasted annually in the US alone.

As the COVID19 situation worsens, we at Doctor Solar have ceased installation operations until further notice.
