Sunday Funday at the winebar today. Come on down!!! I'll be ready to go by about 3 and will serve until people leave me alone. I'll be mixing some classic sherry based cocktails as well as the Bitter Boy for those who like it sharp and bitter.

Tonight marks the first night that the winebar is open every night of the week. Come by try the wines try the cocktails any night you feel like.

Alright, so if anyone is interested in checking out the winebar this weekend come on down tonight. I'll be closed for a private party tomorrow, but am working on a few new cocktails tonight. Come by and you might get a taste...

Option #2 became the easy to love Maple Bourbon cocktail.

Hey people, just wanted everyone to know that the Gallery Wine Bar will be closed this weekend due to the holidays. I'm gonna go see some family, but will be back next week.

Felt festive today so put together this for tonight. It's a Vodka Cran and Seven...Cranberry white wine vinegar shrub that has been mellowing for 3 weeks now with Vodka, a splash of Benedictine, and topped with a Brut Cava.

Another weekend another chance to come down and check out the new bar in town. Will be open till 2:00 tonight for all you restaurant friends. Polish like your after-work drinks depended on it!!!

Hey people, I'll be pouring glasses of this tonight. It's an organic Patagonian pinot noir and is as sophisticated as it sounds. There are also a few Old Mills if your not feeling sophisticated tonight.

Alright people, tonight I'll be pouring the slightly sweet and complex Blackberry Balsamic Gin Fizz and one of my personal favorites, the Bitter Boy. It's a blend of Campari, Chartreuse, and Gin shaken with a healthy dose of citrus and rounded out with cinnamon/star anise syrup. Come say hi!!!! I'll be ready to go by 5:30.
