Hello to all my clients As much as I hate to reschedule dogs, unfortunately I need to reschedule this week. My eye had a nasty infection that has required a lot of attention and healing. I appreciate everyone's patience, and I will be phoning everyone to reschedule as soon as possible. I am on the mend, but still not seeing well enough to groom safely or properly. If you have any questions, please send me a text at 250-202-4184. P.S.A. If you haven't had your eyes checked recently,please do. Having vision out of one eye for the last week has been difficult.

Ok, everyone. We are looking at a soft easy opening for the first week of June! Who's excited Here is what is going to happen... 1)For drop off and pick up, there will be one person allowed in the shop. 2)Everyone must wear a mask, and use the hand sanitizer 3)We will only be working 3 days a week, maximum of 4 dogs, and only 1 large breed a day. We ask that your dog has not been socializing with other people, within the week of your appointment 4)Drop off and Pick up ti...mes will be very important as we will be keeping everything sanitized, for everyone's safety. If you can't make your appointment time or are unsure of pick up, please let us know, as late arrivals and departures may result in missed appointments. 5)Payments will be cash or etransfer. Cash will need to be in a ziploc bag. 6)Those dogs with longer coats, will be assessed for style type. If need be, clips will be shorter for 2 reasons. 1...we believe in humanity before vanity. If the coat is too matted, we prefer not to dematt. 2...If we do end up in a second wave, and must close down again, I want you and your dogs to be comfortable. I will be looking at getting a plexiglass barrier for out swing door. As soon as I have that in place, I will be phoning to start appointments. An update for all of our amazingly patient clients. Things are starting to go back to normal, but we are remaining closed for the time being. Carrie and I are looking at what needs to happen for everyone to remain safe and healthy. I am slowly going through the shop and giving it a good scrub down. With safety protocols, we won't be able to accommodate as many dogs during the day, and no walk in nail trims, etc. Everyone, including myself and Carrie will be required to saniti...ze their hands, wear a mask, and we will be meeting everyone outside for drop off and pick up. We will have leashes,and will ask that owners take their leashes, collars and all other accessories home with them. These are just some of what we are working on. We will be keeping an eye on numbers, and how all other openings are going,and could be open in June. I understand everyone's frustrations and know dog hair is getting long. Hello from isolation to all my wonderful clients. Carrie and I are missing all of you and your furry companions greatly. Being closed is difficult both financially and mentally, but we value all of you and want to make sure everyone is safe and healthy. If you have any questions or concerns please message me.
