Not a lot of snow packed but enough! Happy to finally be on sleds this week and off the ATV!

Christmas Day treats for the dog yard and Boxing Day run

Emma and Gerry have a sunny departure back to Revelstoke to get in some last mountain time & sell vehicles before a long trip back to Australia ... fingers crossed. Flights cancelled, Adelaide shutting down etc so many unknows trying to get home this fall, after 2 years in Canada. They came to us Spring 2019 after a winter at Jasper Park Lodge, travelled Eastern Canada, then wintered in Revelstoke at the mountain, then a summer travel on the B.C. coast and the Yukon. The dogs, Jeff and I will miss them! Hopefully Air Canada will send them their voucher [since July] so they can come back!

3rd day running and the dogs are doing great [better than we expected at least]. The day started at -20c with steam rising off the river and ended under blue sky and sunshine at +7c .... crazy Alberta weather. We are in for some warmer days this week.

Rudy [on the left] has not been running since last December due to a torn Achilles. He is soooo happy to be on the team ... albeit the geriatric team!
