Walk-in nail trims this afternoon (Friday) from 2pm-4pm. No appointment necessary but we are only allowing two clients in the salon at a time. If reception is not clear please wait your turn outside. Masks mandatory. Payment as usual bu debit/credit or cash.

WARNING: Sappy post ahead Today one of my most favourite dogs in the world is 4 (and I’ve been her Personal Stylist for that many years)!! I love every dog I meet, but Molly is extra special to me. Molly (Karafuto This Is The Moment) is a pure bred, registered Kerry Blue Terrier. Her Dad reached out to me when she was still a puppy and asked if I had experience with the breed - I stretched the truth and said yes, of course, ha! ... I didn’t have much experience with this particular breed, but I had enough confidence in myself that I could figure it out, and I wasn’t letting her go somewhere else! Molly’s Dad has the same appreciation and affinity for well-bred, pure-bred dogs as I do, and Molly quickly became my competition prospect. I studied the breed, learned the proper show trim, and practiced on Molly ALOT! We started competing when she was almost 1.5 years old - we placed in our very first competition together, and have placed every time we’ve competed since then Molly and I love travelling together. She loves king size hotel beds and barking at elevators. She stands like a proper show dog on my table and acts like a complete fool when the show is over. I’ve learned and grown so much from being able to work with Molly, and I’m so, so thankful to her Dad for trusting me completely and allowing me to whisk her away for show weekends and learning/seminar opportunities any time I please! So many of my ribbons and awards and proud moments are attributed to this beautiful, goofy, bossy, and tirelessly affectionate dog. Covid took away our grooming competitions for 2020, but I can’t wait to get back in the ring next year () with Molly, and the newest addition to her family, Murphy (another Kerry Blue ).
