Scent Spotlight Sandalwood The first recorded uses of Sandalwood came from Egypt nearly 4000 years ago. It was a major ingredient in Egyptain embalming rituals as its scent was believed to have the power to release the souls of the dead, honoring the deities. Sandalwood was considered to be an integral part of reincarnation.... Today sandalwood essential oil is best known for its bright and fresh aroma. It is commonly described as being exotic, sweet, creamy, smooth, and warm. It’s pleasing and captivating scent calms the mind and alleviates worry by relaxing the central nervous system. It is a powerful tool for mediation and when used topically has natural astringent properties. Modern societies consider sandalwood to be an aphrodisiac and it’s an ideal inclusion anywhere a romantic atmosphere is encouraged. See more

Growing a beard. The toughest part of growing a beard will be months 3-6. Once you hit that 3 month range the itch is a bitch. Your facial hair is long enough to curl back into your skin causing that annoying itchy feeling. This is where most guys fold and shave it off. Trust me I know the feeling, I’ve been there. Proper hydration at this point is crucial. Keep the hair soft and moisturized to help reduce the irritation by adding our quality beard oil into your daily rout...ine. Months 5-6 the itch is gone but now it looks like you’ve gained 10 lbs. Chipmunk cheeks are in full effect. The hair is not quite long enough to lay down and create that long beard profile but instead it just adds some width to your face. Balm at this point is your best friend. Pro tip - balm, comb, blow dry on low heat. Help train your beard to lay down and act right with @domesticatedmen See more
