Music has the power to foster social skills, improve speech and language delays, elicit emotions and allow for connection. Music therapy uses the power of music to support individuals in various stages of their lives including children with disabilities, seniors, and anyone seeking to explore music to reach therapeutic goals. Most music therapy visits are either 30 or 60 minutes in length and can be online or in-person at Dominelli Music North Edmonton or St. Albert. Sessio...ns can be set up for an individual or in a group setting. For private music therapy sessions the fee is $100 per hour or $50 per half hour. You can also build-a-group class where you can create a music therapy session for friends, family, or anyone in your bubble and that cost is $28 per 30 minute session. Before your session we will connect you with our Registered Music Therapist who will provide you with all documents and information to prepare for your first session. We look forward to supporting your therapeutic goals in our Music Therapy program. Contact us at 780-488-8515 or email [email protected]
Dance classes at Dominelli School of Music! We are excited to have partnered with Freestyle Movement Dance Company and Happy Feet Dance Academy to offer 6 week dance sessions at our North Edmonton location, starting this October. To register email [email protected].
Dominelli Music loves to create new and innovative group music lessons for our community. Some favorites include group piano, group guitar, group singing, group ukulele, and group percussion. If students have fun in their musical journey, then we can foster that energy throughout the course of their long term education, and inspire a lifelong love of music. In 2020, build-a-group and create the perfect class for you and your family or bubble of friends. Give us a call at 780-488-8515 or send us an email [email protected]
