Torontonians in Bloor West Village, will wake up to 433 colourful ribbons fluttering on the lawn of Windermere United Church (356 Windermere Avenue) in honour o...f Transgender Day of Remembrance (TDoR). Each hand-written ribbon is placed in an act of remembrance of the 433 people whose violent death was recorded this past year. The following people spoke at the event: Rev.
