The less time we spend in your vehicle, the less likely any form of contamination will occur. We recommend arranging someone you trust to pick you up when you drop your vehicle off at the Dealership. However, if it is not possible for you to drop it off, we can arrange to pick it up. 2. We’ve enhanced the techniques used to sanitize common customer touch points as we prepare to return the car to you door handles, hard surfaces, etc. 3. For the safety of our customers and employees we ask that you knock on our Service Department doors, and we will greet you with a few questions, and address your vehicle maintenance or concerns. We are currently keeping our staff separated from our customers. If you have an existing appointment, we look forward to seeing you and want to reassure you that we’re doing everything possible to offer a safe experience.
