Donald Hilborn Tanzania Adventure

So I am leaving Tanzania. My hair needs to be cut and my 3 month visa runs out tomorrow. There are people to see and things to do at home. It is time to go home. I will stop posting to this page now but you never know what the future brings. There is this 1000 acre parcel in the south........ Not bringing home my Australian hat. I came to realize near the end of the trip that the hat was meant to stay in Tanzania.

Had another final, final dinner last night. Bad news is the host (my suggestion) pays. Bad news it was 44000 shillings for 7 people. Good news that is about $28 canadian or $4 per person. Came with freshly processed sugar cane juice. The engineers in my group were fascinated by the functionality of the sugar cane gizmo. An exact precut length of sugar cane was used. After processing in this gizmo it gave a perfect amount of juice to fill each glass to exactly 5 mm from the top (after one lemon was added).
