I had to post this picture of an exterior hose faucet I saw during our recent cold snap. Always shut off and drain these before winter and always disconnect the hose. This one had/has a leak that was undetected and probably has been dripping for months.

That was a close one. Got lucky here. I measured the rough in but not the door swing. Always make plenty of measurements for the right fit!

Moving a toilet rough in with radiant floor heating isn’t impossible. Kinda stressful though. This one worked out magically with not even a scrape to the tubing.
