Hey all my South-East Saskatchewan friends! Have we got a treat for you tonight! Incase you didn’t see my last post, this summer I’m working for the Kenosee La...ke Kitchen Party Inc. and I get to do some pretty cool stuff, like participating in tonight’s fundraiser in Carlyle, SK! This is a fundraiser for KLKP to hire camp counsellors so local families can send their children to the Kenosee Lake Kitchen Party this summer! Because of the present economic downturn, we want to make it easier for kids to attend the amazing music camp right in our back yard, and make it possible for parents to SEND them instead of needing to TAKE them. We think it might make a difference in the lives of local youth who want to learn more Guitar, Ukulele, vocals, piano, banjo, mandolin or FIDDLE! So come join us for some fun music, an introduction to some of our amazing instructors such as Donna & Morgan Turk and Jacquie Walbaum, and an eclectic program including entertaining videos, youth performances, an appearance by local troupe: Focal Point - Fiddle and Vocals as well as much more. Thanks for sharing and we hope to see you there!
