Christmas Eve!!! Can you believe? It's the 12th day of Christmas already!! Every year we love being able to do our give aways and we love that is brings a smile to peoples faces. ( Who doesn't love winning free things?) This year has been a tough one, there is no way to sugar coat it. On the Eleventh Day of Christmas. We are giving away a Grad session. IT DOES NOT mater what size you are, what age you are or anything else you may be telling yourself. We should love ourselves the way we are and be proud to feel good about it. Guys this can work for you too shower sessions can be easily done for men too. Where are all The Brides at?!!! ( tag one if you know one) Who likes saving money?! Who is over planning a wedding and just wants to get it over with already? ( I know that sounds bad, but I know so many people that have moved their dates, changed their visions, compromised and are just done with it all and want to run away/ elope and be married to the one they love) ... Day 7 of the Christmas countdown.. That is what Darryl and I can provide in these mini mentorship sessions, not everyone needs a mentor. they just need someone to help them not feel crazy for their ideas and get unbiased feedback from. May we take the time to remember the past today. Think of those that helped pave a path for us today. The other day at the Boutique I noticed people taking pic...tures of the sky on Mainstreet. After the second person, I noticed a lady with her phone doing the same thing. I was finally not busy and was able to run out and see what this was all about. Well to my surprise, they had hung new banners on the flag poles in Sexsmith. They are of soldiers local to our area. I had a very nice chat with the lady about the young man that hangs on the banner in front of our door. She told be all about their family, how this man had met his wife and many other great memories of him. If you have time, take a stroll down Mainstreet in the Town of Sexsmith and see so many who fought for our beautiful country. We are Closed today but back open tomorrow

Yesterday both teams got to go out and capture weddings! Our wedding season is getting close to wrapping up and we are so thankful for all the couples we have had this year. Here is a little sneak peek from one of the weddings yesterday.

WOW!! Has this year gone by fast! A year ago today we were in sunny Las Vegas, capturing the marriage of these two crazy people. I would never have guessed how much they would become apart of our lives in this last year. We bonded over a love of travel and obsession of food. and I think the fact that Kim and I can take being harassed by our husbands pretty good.... While the other team was shooting a wedding in GP, Micheline and I had the pleasure of hanging out near Peace River with this great crowd. I am happy we got to be apart of this wedding with this great couple. My cheeks still hurt from laughing so much.... Congratulations to the new Bryan & Morgan

Although I LOVE shooting weddings with Darryl, one of my favourite things about our team is the fact that we can be in two places at once! Darryl, Deneika & Caitlyn had the pleasure of capturing Shaun & Jackie's wedding in Grande Prairie yesterday. I can tell from editing and what I was told that this was a fun crowd. ... Long days and nights

Today is someone specials Birthday!. If you haven't had the pleasure of meeting this beautiful soul, let me tell you a little about her. Deneika met Darryl and I over 3 years ago at a wedding we shot and sense then has become a pretty big part of our life. Her now husband. then boyfriend, told her we would shoot their wedding one day. And the rest is history!... She is a wife, momma of two beautiful little girls, the creator at D & D Creations ( a vendor we carry in the boutique ) and she is the face behind Deneika Hewings Photography. She is also one of the faces you see with us when we shoot weddings! Another busy lady after my heart. Happy Birthday Pretty lady!

We used to love surprising our clients with a gift from us to them. But it’s not really much of a secret anymore that we give our wedding clients a print. It’s a way for us to say Thank You for believing in us and have our clients be reminded of their wonderful day for many years to come. ... We LOVE this wall art, We love seeing our pictures in print......
