Hello to all our customers and friends. Boy this covid -19 has really crippled us as far as working and being able to do things we are used to do on a daily basis. We are on the road to recovery and that is a positive. We all just have to be more aware of our health and make sure we wash our hands constantly to stay safer. Our website is almost ready to go and we are good to go as well. Hope you are all happy and keep your chins up with a big smile.

We at Cool Water are redoing our website and will be here to assist anyway we can if you need help getting around. Just let us know if you need assistance getting groceries, medications or getting to your doctor and we will try to arrange transport for you at a reasonable rate.

Hello to all our customers and friends. It has been a little while since we chatted and that will change as of today. We are back and ready to go for more fun. Hope all of you have had a good year so far ours has been a little off due to recent losses of family and illnesses within the ranks. But all is well and back for more transports to the airports. We will be starting up a meeting club that will be organizing dances, fund raisers for a worthy cause in the near future. Hello to all our friends and customers. It has been a while since we said a few words well here we are again and ready to go for the last quarter of 2019. This year has been a good one so far and going by quickly as it seems to do yearly. We are all hoping to have a mild winter but be prepared and get yourselves ready no matter what. It is a good thing to be prepared and to take care while driving in bad weather. But until it comes we have some great weather to enjoy still. Hello to all our customers and friends it has been an amazing summer so far. The rolling stones coming north near Barrie, lots of summer activities, and much more. We appreciate all our customers calling us to get to the airport and we do whatever we can to get them there. The one thing I hate though is when I wash the Suv and park it those blasted birds poop all over the hood of the vehicle overnight and mess up the clean look. I tell u what a mess I am glad I am not outside when they start letting loose. We hope your having a great summer and we look forward to helping you and your travel needs.

Our gardens need to bloom, don't they? OMG will it ever end and I know when it is hot we all be complaining about the heat that is human nature. hello to all our regulars and new customers. I hope today will be the last day of winter. It has been a long and difficult year so far when it comes to poor decisions and occurrences beyond our control. We all try our best to make the right choices, but do not always come thru on top. We all have to take whatever life gives us. Sure we would love to have the most desirable service but are held back at time with unhappy results. Therefore, let us put those unhappy thoughts aside and start fresh to get a better result.

Hello to all our customers and friends. Can you believe it snowed today. That was a shocker. I was supposed to meet with some important people today and woke up with the flu and was very ill all day. I am hoping I can get a second chance to meet with them soon. So we had a couple of great weeks fro travelling and I could not believe the calls I was getting from my tire company. to change tire s to the summer one, glad I did not do that. I kept my snows on. I caught a bad flu today, from where I do not know. It is a real downer when you get ill. Oh well I hope to get better soon. I hope all of you are great and are strong.

Well march was a interesting month and it is almost gone for another year. I believe we are going to have a spring this year and enjoy some fresh flowers springing up. Hello to all our customers and friends well it has been a difficult winter so far. Just recently we had to make a difficult decision on taking a couple home over a larger group. As you know our winter this past week has been severe with a number of accidents all over. Well we involved with one of them and lost a unit. When it came time to pick up two groups we had no way of helping the bigger group because we had no extra divers. We did everything we could to get another se...rvice to transport the bigger group home. we understand that the bigger group would be unhappy and we are accepting their complaint. Customers were satisfied with us over the past few months. We have attempted to hire new staff but it is like every business is trying to find that right employee, it is tough and it will take some time to build a reputable team. We hope all of you out there are coping with the weather better than we have and we look forward to working with most of you over the rest of the year. See more
