Reminder that our Fall Schedule starts today! Mon/Weds 12:00 - Noon Adult BJJ 4:30 - Mini Monkey's BJJ... 5:15 - Junior BJJ 6:15 - Adult BJJ 7:15 - Adult Muay Thai Kickboxing/No Gi & Wrestling Tues/Thurs 4:00 - Mini Monkey's BJJ 4:45 - Junior BJJ 5:45 - Junior & Adult Muay Thai Kickboxing 6:45 - Adult BJJ 8:00 - Fighter Training Fri 12:00 - Noon Adult BJJ 5:30 - Karate Sun 5:30 - Karate Please note that some Tues/Thurs classes are at or near capacity with current Covid restrictions, but our Mon/Weds schedule has space for returning & new students. We will continue to have the following protocols in place: - students arrive already dressed in their uniform to discourage changeroom usage - students & guest must use hand sanitizer upon arrival/before stepping on the mats - students require indoor clean flip-flops for travelling on the floor past the boot area - there will be a 15min cleaning period between classes, which will also allow classes to be separated from each other and avoid congestion - no spectators inside at this time (special exceptions ex. new child student with parent for their first class. We ask that the parents wear a mask in this situation.) - if a student feels unwell or has any symptoms, they will not be permitted to train - all returning and new students will need to fill out a waiver/questionnaire If you are looking to get back in or are interested in checking out classes, shoot me an email at [email protected]!

Went to the club tonight and did some rounds. Asked to have a pic, as we have so few together, with the most influential man in my life, My Coach. Robert Carswe...ll I don’t thank you enough for coaching me in and out of the ring my whole life, so thankful that I wandered into your club 22years ago. Still commits so much of his life to helping the youth of Red Deer pursue their dreams in the ring, a great specimen of a man. See more
