Today’s the day I’m done culinary school. As I leave the exam room today I walk into a new chapter of life, In a way a new start. A few more changes coming but good changes, changes to further my career, changes to to becoming more independent. Here’s to where the next chapter takes me. Thank you to everyone who has supported me this far and pushed me through challenges that I was afraid to face. Thank you to those that were there to listen at the moments that I felt completely defeated. Thank you... you know who you are and you are a part of a truly amazing support team even the smallest thing has helped me come this far.
