In regards to COVID-19, We, Owner Operator Dorothy Pailer and all employees of Dorothy’s Upholstery, would like to take a moment to assure you that we are taking the proper precautions to ensure safety and non-cross contamination of projects between customers and staff. None of our staff members have travelled or will travel to any high risk countries within the past month.... As added precaution and proactive measure, we have invested in a reasonable amount of wipes and sprays that are safe but effective. We will be periodically sanitizing our projects and tools, as well as keeping on top of our own personal hygiene in hand washing and sanitizing. Any employees displaying symptoms of flu or fever have been asked to stay home and will be taken care of (as they always are) in spite of not being able to make their hours. We are asking any customers that have travelled to high risk countries or areas to please discuss this with us over the phone before coming to our shop, to protect our other customers. We will not panic but we will take the proper precautions as laid out by Alberta Public Health to ensure the health and safety of our family, employees and customers.
