Canada-Goose store o...n Via Della Spiga in Milan,Italy opened in September with a Veronese hand-blown glass window installation that brings to life Cape Dorset artist Qavavau Manumie’s drawings. In this trio of images, Manumie explores the human relationship to its ‘environment’. Each of these moments tells a unique story about the Inuit place in a vast Arctic homeland while acknowledging the individual’s association to a collective cultural history. It’s getting hot in here! We’re at Artcast Inc. today watching the bronze pouring process for a new sculpture to be installed at the Royal Botanical Gardens as part of the Dan Lawrie International Sculpture Collection later this summer.

This work has been a great marriage between traditional skill... and modern technology bringing a new Indigenous work to the Dan Lawrie International Sculpture Collection at the Royal Botanical Gardens.
