Searching for employees starting spring 2020: Fencing season just around the corner. Double D Fencing Company is looking for empoyees for the up coming fencing ...season. We will be looking to commence the fencing season starting the last week in April/ first week in May (weather and ground conditions permitting). We are currently seeking labourers, operators and potential crew manager, who will working outdoors in a wide range of conditions and terrain. Rate of pay is competitive based on experience. Experienced and skilled workers would be an assist and welcomed. We are seeking for full time employees (starting at above dates) as well be looking for some student summer help (come July 1st). Current valid drivers licence iand clean abstract is required. Desire to work outside (Spring to freeze up) and along side others is a must. Experience of operating equipment also an asset. If you know of anyone who is wiling to help....we could sure use it. 2020-2021 fundraising campaign has started for the Melville Millionaire Baseball Club. Although the Mils will be taking the 2020 season off....our fundrasing cannot be put on hold. We have many outstanding bills that need attention and need to be paid off. The Club would like to start to pay down our debt and move toward plans to field a team for the 2021 season. The Mils Baseball team is searching for a producer or land owner that would love to donate, help with reduced rent on land or even partner up for the 2020 growing season. If you have land and would like to donate for seeding, rent or help with seeding, cost of inputs or harvest please reach out to Mils Baseball Club President Darren Wandy asap. Melville Millionaires Baseball President Darren Wandy was able to catch up with Kevin Young of Yorkton and present him with his winnings from the 2019 Mils Base...ball Progressive Lotto that was drawn Oct. 28th. Kevin has been a long time supporter of all the Mils fundraisers over the last number of years. We thank him for that. After the check presentation by the Mils, Kevin reached for his personal check book and presented a check back to the the Mils for 10% of his winnings to the team. That was very much appreciated by our board. Thank you Mr. Young! Mils Baseball is trying to work on paying their current debts down so they can return to action after a year leave (2020) from the WCBL. Kevin hopes his contribution back to the team will inspire others to do the same.
